Identity verification: Government-issued ID and business documents submitted during seller verification.
Listings and transactions: Product details, photos, prices, and order history.
Payment information: We do not store full card numbers. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, who have their own privacy policy.
Communications: Messages between buyers and sellers sent through our platform.
Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and app usage patterns collected automatically.
Location data: Parish/region you provide for listings and delivery. We do not collect GPS location without your permission.

For legal compliance: We may disclose information to law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by Jamaican law.
Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred to the new owner.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are kept for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account and personal data by emailing us, subject to our retention obligations.

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, Firebase security rules, and Stripe's PCI-compliant payment infrastructure. No system is 100% secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

8. Children's Privacy

Our website uses cookies for authentication sessions and analytics. Our Android app does not use advertising trackers. You can clear cookies through your browser settings at any time.
